12th March 2026
Cargo Connections members in China, Shining Supply Chain Management have recently successfully handled the transportation of cargo for the Buyo Substation Project in the Ivory Coast.
The cargo consisted of 9 x 40'HC, 1 x 20'GP, 3 x 40'FR, and 2 transformers (each at 65.5tn / 6.55 x 2.45 x 3.87m), shipped from Shanghai to Abidjan.
Sam Zhou (Business Development Manager) comments; "This is not Shining's first time transporting heavy transformers and for West Africa, we prefer the MAFI RORO transportation solution, which is suitable for such high-value products, offering safe, transparent, time-controlled, and easy-to-operate transportation."
All operations ran smoothly with seamless connections to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
"Shining Supply Chain Management focuses on providing end-to-end supply chain solutions for our clients, especially for heavy, oversized, and high-value cargo."
