Shining Complete Shipment of Hydraulic Forging Hammers

Shining Supply Chain Management have recently completed a multimodal transport shipment of hydraulic die forging hammers from Qingdao in China to Poti, Georgia.

Shining's one-stop solution covered factory pick-up, Qingdao terminal handling, customs clearance and sea freight.

Cassie Wang at Shining comments; "The challenges we overcame with this shipment included a seamless direct receiving under hook and arranging road transport permits in China. To save costs, we coordinated with the terminal to land the 35tn cargo, while arranging for direct receiving under hook for the other heavy lift cargo."

The shipment totalled 30 packages at 590,930kg / 772.04rt including 6 units of OOG cargo.

• 1 unit at 112.68tn / 4.30 x 3.76 x 2.50m
