Denholm Good Logistics Collect Award at BIFA 2024

In January, Denholm Good Logistics had the pleasure of attending the BIFA Freight Forwarding 2024 Awards, and what a fantastic event it was, as always!

This year was particularly special for Denholm Good Logistics, as they were honoured to be named winners of the BIFA Ocean Services Award 2024.

Tom Reid, DGL’s Director of Retail Sales, who represented DGL at the event, shared his thoughts:

"It was a huge honour and privilege to collect the Ocean Services Award on behalf of Denholm Good Logistics. We are incredibly proud of this achievement."

The company's award entry highlighted their exceptional collaboration with Compleat Food Group (CFG), which has not only resulted in a 76% reduction in carbon emissions but also significantly lowered their costs.

Gavin Wenborn, Group Transport Manager from The Compleat Food Group, also commented on the award-winning collaboration:

"I honestly believe that the aims of Compleat Food Group are the aims of Denholm Good Logistics and over the last 9 years we have developed a significantly more sustainable supply chain and plan to continue this work."

The award serves as a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire DGL team, whose expertise and commitment have been instrumental in achieving this recognition.
